Living under water - 100 day test - Joseph Dituri 1 (march - june 9 - 2023)
100 Days Under The Sea—For Science! (SciFri Zoom Call-in)
Joseph Dituri has already broken the world record for the longest time living underwater, and he’s not coming up for air just yet! He’s spending 100 days living in a lagoon, and has made a science experiment of his experience! Join SciFri for an interview—and a glimpse into his underwater home—with "Dr. Deep Sea" and Sarah Spelsberg, MD, medical lead for Project Neptune 100, on how they hope the study of his body and mind can help health researchers back on land understand the effects of compression on the human body.
