Description
Taken in the upper portion of the upstream part of the Butuanon River in Barangay Pulangbato, Cebu City, the picture shows how there is little plastic waste leaking into the river, and the water looking almost clear. Unlike in other parts of the Butuanon River, this part is not as polluted with plastic and other types of waste, where in its lower portion, algae is a bigger problem than waste mismanagement.
